The signature mechanism. Shareen's 15 years of practice. The thing Dr Kataria certified her in. Nobody has to be funny — your body does the work.

Within 4–6 minutes of guided laughter exercises, cortisol drops measurably, endorphins rise, and oxytocin floods the brain. The room shifts. People feel it.

Ingredient 02

Breathwork.

The parasympathetic switch. The fastest off-ramp from fight-or-flight known to neuroscience.

Box breathing (4-4-4-4) and 4-7-8 cycles activate the vagus nerve directly. In three controlled exhales the autonomic state shifts — measurably — from sympathetic dominance to parasympathetic calm.
